Action Outdoors is based in Delamont Country Park on the shores of Strangford Lough and is only 30 minutes from Belfast. With friendly staff and a great selection of outdoor activities, you can be sure of a great day out.

Hire a canoe or kayak - instruction is included and the quiet and picturesque waters are popular with novice and experienced paddlers.
Improving Standards
After a lot of work (and nail-biting) we have passed both Adventuremark and Investors in People.
Adventuremark is a non-statutory safety scheme that covers the whole of the UK, and was introduced to Northern Ireland last year by the Sports Council. It is an assurance that we run our activities following the necessary standards of good practice.
The programme for completing Investors in People lasted for several months, and has helped us to develop our commitment to our staff and to provide a better service to our customers.
Action Outdoors is the only outdoor activity provider in Northern Ireland to hold both awards, and we hope that you will see the benefits the next time you take part in an activity with us.
